PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT SCREENS ASPIRANTS, 16 QUALIFY FOR ELECTION
By: Bukola Olagboye Preparations for the forthcoming departmental election gathered momentum on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, as the Department of Public Administration, The Polytechnic, Ibadan, successfully conducted its screening exercise for electoral aspirants. Organised to verify the credentials of aspirants, assess their suitability for the offices they seek to occupy, and ensure compliance with electoral requirements, the exercise commenced at exactly 11:00 a.m. with registration and document verification. Registration was coordinated by the Stakeholders' General Secretary, Comrade Egbekunle Oluwasogo Samuel, before members of the screening committee began the screening and oral interview sessions.
