INSIDE NAPADS: UNITED WE STAND; DIVIDED WE FALL

They say, united we stand; united we fall. Is this the positive attitudinal nature we pose? I say this in regard to some of the activities carried out by some of our leaders. I should ask myself; am I even supportive in one hand or the other? Of course, we elected these leaders into position and the attitude we showcased play a very long role in determining the success and bountiful, lucrative and excellent achievement by us; yes I mean by us not by them because it is crystal clear that without you, they are null and void: no ne can live or exist in isolation. Notwithstanding, we all agitate for the dividend of democracy as a member of a democratically elected governance structure yet, we are lackadaisical and nonchalant to the contemporary happenings and activities within immediate environment.

 

Heyy! Hey!! Yes!!! Correct!!!, that was the chant on the early morning of 18th May, 2021 during the arrival of a peaceful, diplomatic and astute mother who treats and preaches unity among her children. From what was observed, she was very depressed with undated and discourteous state of this present administration under her tutelage. The reason being that the existence of cabals or different disparity which intertwining breeding lack of cordialness between the house. Hence, a cracked wall is where the lizard resides.

 

However, it should be succinct that there is disagreement which leads to concrete agreement but if the pulling down of actions overrides the initial and original sense of unity, things will fall apart. In clear sense, the current NAPADS Administration needs all hands-on deck for every activity around our corner, our slogan; One NAPADS; Stand Well!! Well!!! should be upheld to firmly aggravate the solidarity of the department and association at large. You no Small as in; he plenty for you . that contribution and support you give will go a long way to boost the morale of the plans and actions of the association.

 

Therefore, for this administration to be able to surpass all other department; if at all you do not know that we lead while others follow; we are veritable instrument mostly strategically placed to bring about all-round and sustainable and effective public administration in our endeavors. To achieve the foregoing, let us all troop out in masses to work in synergy with NAPADS.

Of course, we make mistakes too but if we want good for a child, we call such child before they go into extinction, some of the leaders might not be socialized with to convey or carry much people along with the sample and other activities they propose. But they are all good listeners which will be attentive to the needful amendment to be done in a jiffy. Yes, they promise to be submissive and always listen to grievances or observation which will receive maximum and prompt responses.

 

In conclusion, a tree cannot make a forest, therefore let us enthusiastically and harmoniously support our leaders. Be it on the issue of Social activities which ranges from Excursion, NAPADS Merchandise, Mr and Miss NAPADS, Sports, Politics, Journalism, Business etc. we are one to succeed on any tangible project
