NAPADS 2020/2021; Comrade Ojo Yussuf Babatunde Appointed as the Stakeholders' Chairman with Others.

The National Association of Public administration students' Stakeholders 2019/2020 set under the chairmanship of Comrade Adesina Olasunkanmi met with the newly elected executive members, and other members of the Stakeholders on Tuesday, 15th June, 2021 at PAD HALL.

In attendance was the current President of the association, Comrade Emmanuel Adeyemo, also some members of the departmental editorial board witnessed the meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to build oneness and unity among the newly elected executives and the newly appointed stakeholders of the association.


" The Stakeholder's chairman to be appointed, must be an active, physically fit and rugged person, someone who is political initiated and intelligent .   " While Comrade Olasunkanmi was advising the elected president, Comrade Ibukun Bamigbade, and asked him to decide the way of appointing or electing the New stakeholders chairman that would work with his administration. Comrade Bamigbade appointed Ojo Yussuf Babatunde as Chairman and other executives to work with him(the chairman).Oladipupo ifedapo as Vice chairman, Hammed Buniyaminu as General secretary, Hammed Azeez as Public Relations Officer, Oparemi Basheet as Protocol officer and Adenle Oladapo as field and strategy. All other members of the house acknowledged and supported the action of the elected president, Comrade Bamigbade.


The current President of the association, Comrade Adeyemo Emmanuel appreciated the courage summoned by the elected President, to appoint the Stakeholders committee. He concluded by imploring the appointed stakeholders to be loyal to the President towards the betterment of the association.


" The NAPADS Editorial board standing as fourth estate of the association, is avenue for publicising news, articles, regarding to the activities happening in and around the department. News publication with evidence serve as compliments, Opinion, and entertainment to the students .  "   the Deputy editor-in-chief, Comrade Abdulbasit Salimon concluded by imploring the newly elected executive, and stakeholders not to see the Press as bad people in any way. Hence, they are all working together for the betterment of students and success of the association.
