Congratulation on your new post sir as the stakeholder of the department.Although, it is well known that you are one of the aspirant for NAPADs president but all of a sudden you have being step down by the department. The department management selected a student who is not even a competitor for the post and you are also being selected as the new stakeholder, how is this in take for you?
ANSWER:
Yeah, you know every aspirant choose to work for the interest of the department and at a point of time, the department notice that their are some lapses in the previous administration which the department felt that it is beyond the scope of the student and that is why they have to come in and its high time we trust the decision of the department, so we can have effective administration than the previous Administration.
QUESTION:
Should we say to you, is this not politics being played?
ANSWER?
When i was given my remark during the Inauguration, i said "there is always politics before administration and the outcome of administration will tell us if you are good administrator". Our lectures are just like our parent whatever decision they make might not look benefiting but at the same it might be for our own good.
We are not perfect as a human being and thank God they notice my lapses and they believe that before you can be in this position you have to change in some significant area, all this things are just preparation for our future and we learn from every event and this is more or less a lesson and i don't even feel override infact one the most important post is giving to me.
QUESTION:
This stakeholder Post you are selected for, is it something you feel to do and just get out of it all for doing sake or you have personal interest?
ANSWER?
The first thing you must do as a leader is to understand your task if you are not comfortable with it you have the right to resign and being given stakeholder, i have worked with stakeholder and i understand it very well, all i need is more caution and exposure from
the predecessor.
