its so obvious from your remark in the Inauguration, its seem this  post  public Administration president look so new to you, when exactly are  you aware of this?


President:

The information of becoming the new napads president reach me on 19th of september 2022, which is the inauguration day. someone called me this morning and they explained,  i was just too surprise hearing this although i was the electoral secretary and who conducted interview for the aspirant. Infact, i was not expecting this at all.


Crew:

To you the selected president, what can you say about it?do you think its a laps from the department or it a way forward for the department?


President:

To me its a challenge, for the department to come up with this idea of giving me the post even when we have two aspirants a male and a female and they still feel i am the best for this, its a way forward.


Crew:

I guess you see this as something you just have to do not like you have prepare for  it? or do you have any intake budget for the department?


President:

Of course, i do have budget for the department, i finished my ND here and coming back for HND i notice alot of things that need to be corrected.

"Infact,am here to serve not just for the title, majorly am here to fill the lapses of the past excos".

Crew:

Do you have any informal relationship with any of the lecturer or a mutual one so to say that bring you to this post? 

 President:

I don't have any relationship with any lecturer, it was when we start this election process.  some of my lecture got to know me, they just see me as a student and that is all, i don't have any relationship with any lecturer.

NAPADS ANNOUNCES EXAM DRESS CODE, SCHEDULE AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS

By: NAPADS PRESS The National Association of Public Administration Students (NAPADS) at The Polytechnic, Ibadan has issued a memorandum outlining dress code guidelines, examination schedules, and mandatory entry requirements for students ahead of the upcoming semester examinations. In the memorandum dated February 15, 2026, the association conveyed the president’s goodwill message, wishing all students success as examinations commence on February 16. According to the directive, the approved departmental dress code for each examination paper is a white shirt paired with black trousers or a black skirt for both male and female students. By: NAPADS PRESS Public Administration Department, The Polytechnic, Ibadan, has released the course allocation and lecturer assignments for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic session, with lectures scheduled to begin on Tuesday, April 7. The allocation covers National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students in both Full-Time and Daily Part-Time programmes. According to the document signed by the Head of Department, students are expected to take note of their courses and assigned lecturers ahead of the commencement of lectures next week.
