Public Administration thrashes Local Government 6-0

By: NAPADS Press The department of Public Administration students outclassed their neighbor, Local Government and Development Studies Department 6-0 in a friendly match played earlier today, 25th November, 2022, at the Red Pitch, North Campus. Kolawole Gabriel, an HND 2 student opened the scoreline of the game with a sublime finish, and Ajadi Sheriff added another one to make it 2-0 just before half time. After some minutes of action into the second half, Olanrewaju Taofeek, ND 2 student scored the third goal of the game before Ajadi Sheriff scored the fourth goal and his second goal of the match. Makinde Olamiposi (ND 1) and Ejeme Isaac (HND 1) then scored the fifth and sixth goal respectively to put the game on a platter of gold for Public Administration Department. Local Government and Development Studies Department players were relatively quiet throughout the game, and made almost no attempt in their opposition box.

Christian Administrators Fellowship Freshers Welcoming Service

By: NAPADS Press Christians Administrators Fellowship, a joint fellowship of Public Administration and Local Government and Development Studies Departments host a special fresher's welcoming service on 23rd November, 2022, at the Local Government White House with the theme of the program "Vessels of Mercy". The program started with a worship song led by Ogungbade Damilola, the Music Director of the fellowship.  The Local Government and Development Studies Department HOD, Mrs. Adedokun, who was in attendance advised the students on their primary assignment in school. She also encouraged the students to pay up their school fee in order to have access to the upcoming examination. Part-time Examination time table released

  The Department of Public Administration has released the Part Time  Examination Time Table begining from Thursday 24th November, 2022 as directed by the CEC management.    The no fee no exam policy that began last semester by the CEC management remains sacrosanct. Students are therefore advised to pay before the exam date.

Workshop in Administration; Public Administration Department holds her annual Workshop

Akinseye held her annual workshop seminar for the HND 2 students on Tuesday 15th of November, 2022 at PAD Hall 2 of the department.  Mr Y.B. Wahab a lecturer of the department opened the floor of the event by stating importance of the workshop, as well as reasons why all HND 2 students must partake in it. The National Anthem was duly observed by all the students. "I give thanks to the Almighty God for the lives of all the students in the department and everyone present. I commend the effort of all the lecturers as we all work towards the growth of the department. The purpose of this workshop is purely for academics and not for any merriment or ceremonial activities", Dr. (Mrs) R.A. Banking and Finance defeats Public Administration 2-0

  By: NAPADS PRESS Public Administration students lost 2-0 to their counterpart, Banking and Finance in a friendly match today 11th November, 2022 at the North Campus main field. The match went in favour of Banking and Finance department as two second half goals proved enough to seal the victory after a goalless first half.  Despite the skills and resilience of students of NAPADS, the Bankers were able to put two goals past them - an own goal, and a controversial penalty.  While responding to the NAPADS Press Crew, Com. Owolabi Suleiman, the Sport Director of Banking and Finance Department gave thanks to Almighty God for the peaceful coordination of students during and after the friendly match. Invitational Match: Administrators set to toggle Banking and Finance in a friendly match

By: Mr_Positivism Sequel to the just concluded inter-level friendly matches among the students of Public Administration department, the office of the Sport Director of NAPADS received an invitation to participate in a friendly match with the Department of Banking and Finance.  Comrade Oyebade Ogooluwa Julius, the NAPADS Sports Director said he received this invitation on Thursday 3rd of November, 2022, the same day the Department Inter-level matches were played.  "During the inter level friendly matches, series of talented players were identified and scouted for the Departmental team", he added.  "In a bid to prepare against the said friendly match, and to have an excellent performance, training would be coming up on Thursday 10th of November, 2022 for selected students", he concluded.  The friendly match is slated to come up on the 11th November, 2022, at the North Campus main field by 3:00 pm.

Friendly match; NAPADS fresh and stale students meets

By: NAPADS Press       The National association of public administration students (NAPADS) holds a friendly match amongst the students of the department (across all levels including the PT). The match started at exactly 12 noon, today 3rd of November, at the main football pitch North campus, The Polytechnic, Ibadan.    Actually the friendly match came in three folds as planned. The PT finalists (ND2 and HND2) defeated their fresh students (ND1 and HND1) with just a goal to null, as the match ended at exactly 1:00 pm.     The second kick off started like a battle between the HND 1 and ND 2 full time students. Until the second half of the match, Victor (HND 1) scored against their counterparts and that made them had the ground for the day.     The third face of the match commenced at exactly 2:30 pm.
