Harmony of Intellect: NAPADS' Inaugural Dialogue Resonates with Insight and Promise

The 1st Independence Day Dialogue orchestrated by the National Association of Public Administration Students (NAPADS) held today October 2nd, 2023 on Google Meet unfolded its chapters with resonating significance.
The discourse unfolded with noteworthy insights despite the unavoidable absence of Dr. Bolanle Shiyanbade. Meanwhile, Dr. Idowu Johnson, in an intellectual discourse, masterfully unraveled the complexities of governance and the national question, leaving an indelible mark on the 1st Independence Day Dialogue with insightful analyses and profound perspectives.
The Head of Department, Barr. Oluseyi Joseph Diekola, was ably represented by the Department Staff Adviser, Mr. Ganiyu Akeem Adewale. In his opening remark, Mr. Ganiyu Akeem delivers the goodwill message of the HOD, while he also appraise the NAPADS for putting up the programme.
The dialogue, graced by the esteemed presence of Mr. Yusuf Wahab and Mr. Kolawole Hamzat, saw them urging the NAPADS President, Com. Mufutau Ridwan Akinkunmi, to ensure the continuity of such impactful programs. Both speakers emphasized the significance of fostering dialogues that dissect the intricacies of leadership in Nigeria.
Com. Ridwan did not only promised that this dialogue marks a commencement, not a conclusion, but he also underscored the enduring commitment to fortifying these intellectual bridges with unwavering support from the department. The aftermath of this dialogue beckons the dawn of an era, where robust conversations become a cornerstone in the edifice of Nigerian public administration.
The President expressed gratitude for the department's support and assured that NAPADS would continue to contribute to the intellectual landscape, fostering a legacy of insightful discussions for the benefit of all stakeholders. In attendance were the department Staff Adviser, Mr. Ganiyu Akeem Adewale, Mr. Yusuf Wahab, Miss Olayinka Olabode and Mr. Kolawole Hamzat. Students of Gateway Polytechnic, Sapade, Ogun State were also in attendance.
