In a bid to foster a sense of community and uphold Islamic values, the Muslim Administrators Forum (MAF), an affiliate of the Muslim Students' Society of Nigeria (MSSN) at The Polytechnic, Ibadan Chapter, is gearing up to host an orientation program for new students in the department.

The central theme of the orientation program revolves around the concept of modesty, emphasizing the guidelines for appropriate Islamic attire for Muslim students on campus. With a specific focus on the Islamic dress code, the event aims to provide insights into the significance of modesty and the role of attire in expressing one's faith.

The event is set to commence by 12:00 pm prompt at the Public Administration HND 2 class (PAD Hall 2), on Wednesday, 15th of November, 2023

However, the orientation program promises an engaging experience for participants, featuring a soul-lifting lecture on the importance of Islamic dress code in contemporary society. Additionally, participants can look forward to a "Fastest Fingers" session, adding an interactive element to the event. Refreshments will be provided, fostering a convivial atmosphere for networking and community building.

This initiative reflects MAF's commitment to creating an inclusive environment that not only welcomes new students but also instills a sense of pride in their Islamic identity through adherence to appropriate dress codes.

As the date approaches, anticipation builds for an enlightening and enriching orientation program that goes beyond academics, aiming to nurture a community rooted in shared values and respect for Islamic traditions.
