PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT SET TO HOLD 23/24 WORKSHOP PRESENTATION PROGRAMME

Today, the 10th January, 2024, an internal memorandum was released from the office of The Head of Public Administration department, Dr. O.O Oyewo inviting all the Lecturers of the department to the 2023/24 workshop presentation of HND ll students.



The workshop program is set to be held on the 24th of January, 2024 at Sewage Hall 1, by 10:00 am.

However, the workshop programme intends to widen the horizon of Public Administration students in doing research, as well as enhancing their public speaking skills, allowing all other levels in the department to learn from their HND 2 colleagues.

Oyewo, held an examination briefing which took place at pad hall at exactly 12:40pm today Thursday Feb 27 2025 together with Mr Y.B Wahab and Mrs  Oke Olayinka ahead of the upcoming exams. The briefing aimed to provide clear and detailed information about the context, objectives, procedures, and evaluation criteria of the examination for both stale and fresh students. He emphasized the importance of adhering to the department's dress code, stating that students must wear the official department attire, white and black, to the exam hall. "Any student who appears in different attire may not be allowed to write the exams," he warned. The National Association of Public Administration Students Electoral Committee (NAPADSEC) announced the results of the 2024/25 NAPADS election held through a realease. The election process was led by the Head of Department with the presence of the department lecturers,stakeholders,Electoral Committee of the department,NAPADS press and Candidates Agents to witness and coordinate the voting process. PROJECT SUPERVISION ALLOCATION FOR HND 2 STUDENTS

By:NAPADS Press The Head of Department, Dr. O.O. Oyewo, addressed the HND 2 students on project supervision on November 26, 2024 at PAD hall . He assured the students that the list of allocated supervisors would be made available before the end of the week. Dr. Oyewo emphasized the importance of individual effort in project completion, stating that it is an opportunity for students to develop their critical thinking skills and build their confidence. He also announced that a project seminar would be organized to orient students on the basic rules and procedures for successful project writing and defense. The Head of Department strictly advised students with pending issues to resolve them promptly to avoid delays in project allocation. He warned that late completion of projects would result in an additional year of project writing.
