NAPADS UNVEILS SQUAD FOR FBCS 2024 DEAN'S CUP

The anticipation for the Faculty of Business and Communication Studies (FBCS) 2024 Dean's Cup has reached new heights as the National Association of Public Administration Students (NAPADS) Sport Director, Com. Makinde Victor Elijah, officially unveiled the 20-man squad for the upcoming tournament. The announcement, made today on Friday, May 24th, 2024, is expected to spark excitement and high expectations among supporters and players alike.

The selected squad comprises talented individuals from various levels of the department, ranging from ND 1 to HND 2, reflecting a blend of experience and youthful vigor. This diverse mix promises a formidable challenge for competitors in the tournament set to kick off on Monday, May 27th, 2024.

In a statement addressing the Press, Com. Makinde Victor Elijah urged the players to approach the tournament with determination and unity, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in achieving success on the field. He expressed confidence in the team's capabilities and called for a performance that would make the Public Administration Department proud.

Also in the words of the Sport Director, "We've worked hard to get here, and I expect us to perform with confidence and determination. Remember, teamwork makes the dream work. Let's support each other and play for the person next to us."

PROJECT SUPERVISION ALLOCATION FOR HND 2 STUDENTS

By:NAPADS Press The Head of Department, Dr. O.O. Oyewo, addressed the HND 2 students on project supervision on November 26, 2024 at PAD hall . He assured the students that the list of allocated supervisors would be made available before the end of the week. Dr. Oyewo emphasized the importance of individual effort in project completion, stating that it is an opportunity for students to develop their critical thinking skills and build their confidence. He also announced that a project seminar would be organized to orient students on the basic rules and procedures for successful project writing and defense. The Head of Department strictly advised students with pending issues to resolve them promptly to avoid delays in project allocation. He warned that late completion of projects would result in an additional year of project writing.
