DR. OYEWO, OTHERS ENLIGHTENS STUDENTS IN EXAM BRIEFING, EMPHASIZE ON ADHERENCE

Today, Monday, July 22nd, 2024, the Department of Public Administration held its long-awaited examination briefing for its students at Sewage Hall 1. Students from all levels of the department were in attendance, receiving crucial information ahead of their exams scheduled to start on Tuesday, July 23rd, 2024.

The briefing was presided over by the Head of Department, Dr. Oyekunle Oyewo, who detailed the examination rules and regulations while emphasizing the importance of maintaining academic integrity. Dr. Oyewo highlighted several key points, which includes the following:

1. Exam dockets must be printed in color and duly signed by the HOD.

2. Exams are individual tasks; any form of communication in the exam hall is strictly prohibited.

3. Electronic gadgets such as phones and smartwatches are not allowed in the exam hall.

4. Students must arrive at the exam hall 30 minutes before the start of each exam.

5. Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered an absence.

6. Students must wear formal white and black attire; jeans and tattered clothing are not allowed.

7. Slippers and palms are prohibited in the exam hall.

8. Hairstyles must conform to institutional standards for both male and female students.

Following the briefing, students had the opportunity to ask questions, which were addressed by members of the high table. Contributions from lecturers and invigilators were also welcomed.

Notable attendees included Mr. Ganiyu Akeem, Mrs. Falayo, Dr. Oyewo, Mrs. Olaoye, Mrs. Olayinka Oke, Mr. Yusuf Wahab, Mr. Olayemi, and Mr. Faozy Gazaly, among others. Their presence and input further underscored the importance of the briefing and the department's commitment to ensuring a smooth and fair examination process.
