2025 HOD'S CUP: EXCITING MATCHES SET FOR OPENING FIXTURES

The highly anticipated HOD's Cup event of the Department of Public Administration is set to commence on July 4th, 2025, marking the beginning of an action-packed three-day football tournament and indoor  games like draft, ludo, ayo olopon for Public Administration students. The event will run from July 4th to July 10th, 2025, starting each day by 10:00 AM at the Red Pitch or Main pitch.

Students across all levels are encouraged to reach out to the sport director of this prestigious department to participate in this enriching events, which offers an outstanding opportunity to showcase their skills, learn from their peers, and connect with fellow students. The competition will begin with a match between HND 2 and HND 1, followed by a Battle between ND 2 and ND 1.

Ahead of the competition, rules and regulations, most of which are standard football rules, were reeled out for the participating teams. Notably, each team is expected to register 15 players, along with 1 coach. The coach is responsible for the team to the organizing committee. Teams are not allowed to change or add players after submitting the team form.

The HOD's CUP promises to be a thrilling event, fostering sportsmanship among students. We look forward to seeing all students across all levels bring their best to the field and make this tournament a memorable one.

PROJECT SUPERVISION ALLOCATION FOR HND 2 STUDENTS

By:NAPADS Press The Head of Department, Dr. O.O. Oyewo, addressed the HND 2 students on project supervision on November 26, 2024 at PAD hall . He assured the students that the list of allocated supervisors would be made available before the end of the week. Dr. Oyewo emphasized the importance of individual effort in project completion, stating that it is an opportunity for students to develop their critical thinking skills and build their confidence. He also announced that a project seminar would be organized to orient students on the basic rules and procedures for successful project writing and defense. The Head of Department strictly advised students with pending issues to resolve them promptly to avoid delays in project allocation. He warned that late completion of projects would result in an additional year of project writing.
