NAPADS SETS STAGE FOR 2025 ELECTION

The National Association of Public Administration Students (NAPADS) is officially setting the democratic wheels in motion for its 2025 departmental elections. In line with the directive of the Head of Department and the student's Staff Advisers, the NAPADS Executive Council has announced the formation of a new Electoral Committee to oversee the entire electoral process.

To ensure transparency and information dissemination, representatives from the Press Unit have also been included in the committee. This inclusion marks a significant step toward reinforcing accountability and openness throughout the electoral proceedings.

According to the official schedule released by the Executives:

Sales of Nomination Forms commence on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.

Screening of Aspirants will take place on Monday, July 28, 2025.

Manifesto Presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30, 2025. All cleared aspirants will present their agendas, visions, and plans to the department.

Followed by the Election Day slated to be held on Thursday, July 31, when students will exercise their voting rights to elect their new leaders.

The move has sparked excitement and anticipation among students, many of whom are eager to see fresh leadership emerge. Aspirants are encouraged to obtain their forms early and prepare diligently for the screening and manifesto sessions.

NAPADS calls on all students to participate actively and peacefully in the democratic process, as the department looks forward to electing another successful transition of leadership.

The National Association of Public Administration Students Electoral Committee (NAPADSEC) announced the results of the 2024/25 NAPADS election held through a realease. PROJECT SUPERVISION ALLOCATION FOR HND 2 STUDENTS

By:NAPADS Press The Head of Department, Dr. O.O. Oyewo, addressed the HND 2 students on project supervision on November 26, 2024 at PAD hall . He assured the students that the list of allocated supervisors would be made available before the end of the week. Dr. Oyewo emphasized the importance of individual effort in project completion, stating that it is an opportunity for students to develop their critical thinking skills and build their confidence. He also announced that a project seminar would be organized to orient students on the basic rules and procedures for successful project writing and defense. The Head of Department strictly advised students with pending issues to resolve them promptly to avoid delays in project allocation. He warned that late completion of projects would result in an additional year of project writing.
