NAPADS UNVEILS EXCITING NAPADS WEEK: A CELEBRATION OF STYLE, CULTURE, AND UNITY

According to a report received from the  FYB  committee on Saturday, July 5, 2025, the NAPADS week of Public administration is set to commence on Monday, July 7, 2025.

The week is such a week where the final year students engage in one social activity or the other.

This week is always declared lecture-free week for finalists to socialize, merry and entertain themselves after a long semester, spent on night readings, daily classes, assignments, projects and research works.
 The week which is an Array of five-days event designed to foster creativity, showcase cultural pride, and promote student camaraderie, culminating on Friday, July 11 2025.

The organizing  committee  of NAPADS has crafted a vibrant theme for the week: “A Thrilling Week Packed with Fun, Learning, and Unforgettable Vibes.” This theme emphasizes not only the excitement of the week but also its significance in helping final-year students create lasting memories as they prepare to embark on their journey beyond campus life.



Each day of FYB Week will feature unique themes encouraging students to express themselves and connect with their peers. The schedule is as follows:
Monday – No Bag Day: Students are encouraged to come to campus without their usual bags, promoting a lighter, more carefree atmosphere as they kick off the week’s celebrations.

Tuesday – Old School Day: Participants are invited to don outfits that reflect past decades, celebrating the rich history of fashion while encouraging a sense of nostalgia and connection across generations.

Wednesday – Baggy Day: Embracing comfort, students will wear baggy clothing, creating a laid-back vibe that fosters ease and relaxation amid the week’s activities.

Thursday – Dress Like Your Parent Day: This fun theme allows students to channel their parents' styles, fostering a sense of family connection and shared history through fashion.

Friday – Native Day: The week concludes with a vibrant showcase of cultural heritage, as students are encouraged to wear traditional attire, celebrating the diversity and roots of the Public Administration student body.

FYB Week is more than a mere celebration of style; it represents an opportunity for bonding, self-expression, and a collective celebration of the journey that these Public Administration students have undertaken throughout their academic careers. All students, regardless of their year, are encouraged to participate and show support for their final-year colleagues. This week promises to be one of the most memorable events of the academic session, filled with laughter, learning, and connections that will last a lifetime.
